Cloud-based asset management platform
The HV Assets Care platform optimizes the management of high-voltage assets, enabling offline (laboratory reports upload) and online (connected sensors) monitoring, data analysis, and diagnosis. It has an interface in a secure environment for uploading oil analysis reports of preventive maintenance of each asset. All transmitted and stored data is encrypted using SSL/TLS and AES-256 standards. The sensors are connected to the cloud through the Sense Gate via LTE/4G.

Hydrogen sensor for early-stage fault detection
The Early Warning sensor measures hydrogen in mineral oil or gas and has proven performance in the field. This sensor allows the measurement of hydrogen with high precision at an affordable cost, enabling the monitoring of transformers of virtually any power and voltage. No calibration or maintenance is required, resulting in a lower operating cost than any other hydrogen-dissolved gas analysis (DGA) system available on the market.

for condition monitoring
The Basic Care sensor opens up new possibilities in transformer monitoring, being the first on the market to combine four critical measurements: hydrogen, the main gas present in most faults, humidity, pressure, and temperature. It provides continuous, real-time data, alerting asset managers to abnormal transformer conditions that could lead to catastrophic events.
Industrial IoT gateway for flexible connectivity
Sense Gate is an LTE/4G-based industrial gateway for industrial IoT. With cellular WAN, there is no geographical limit, and it is installed in a snap, "plug-and-play". Via the serial interface, it connects to sensors. All sensors use Sense Gate to connect to the cloud, being part of the packages.
Integration with your environment
The data collected by the sensors is sent to the cloud and can be made available to any other third-party solution through APIs, examples being maintenance planning or asset management systems.
